- Visit one of the most impressive buildings in the city, the Palace of Culture, and observe its flamboyant neo-gothic style. Admire the beautiful garden behind the Palace.
- Walk along the main historical street of the city, Stefan cel Mare.
- Find out about the National Theatre Vasile Alecsandri and two of the most imposing religious symbols of Iasi: Three Hierarchs Church and the Metropolitan Cathedral.
- Explore the most important place of the city's history, Union Square, where the Romanian Union in 1859 was first celebrated.
- See the Union Museum. Witness the way one of the most important figures in Romanian modern history, Alexandru Ioan Cuza, marked Romania’s history.
