Sports like bodyboarding, skate and surfing have entirely absorbed my life ever since my youngest days in the 90´s.My first wave memory was of my brother Henrique pushing me in the whitewash on Fonte da Telha.The days spent on the beaches of Caparica, Ericeira and Peniche, the southtrips to Costa Vicentina and Sagres with my friends, are the best recalls of my boyhood.Talking back with my mates we all consider that we’ve had a great gift to have grown up in Portugal.The Portuguese Coastline hosts a consistent array of waves on a year round basis in a very warmt winter for all Europe in general.I believe that surfing and bodyboarding are such diversed sports and enjoyable on so many different levels.I can consider myself a Waterman, Videographer, a Professional Tour Guide and Surfing & Bodyboarding Trainer with more than 20 years of experience.I´ve graduated in Tourism by the Sea, from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, where I´ve attended the School of Technology of the Sea in Peniche.I also concluded a Post-Graduation in Surfing and Performance from the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies in Lisbon.My mission at Get Stoked is simply to share my passion, knowledge and a wide experience in a coastline area that offers excellent conditions for water sports, varied delicious gastronomy and fantastic cultural heritage experiences.
