I was born in Alfama, where I spent my childhood and adolescence and I designed these experiences for you, in order to share my main passions and the treasures of Portugal’s food, culture and people.

I'm a foodie, a cook without cultural limits and a food host for several years with more than 1500 reviews (check our personal website).I am also a clinical psychologist & anthropologist (working with migrants & refugees) dedicated mainly to clinical research, but I have also interests in food culture, esthetics and the Arabic culture/language.

With 24 years old I moved abroad for a one-year voluntary service and since then I never stopped travelling.But I always return to Lisbon.

I've lived for a couple of years in France, Morocco and Turkey.

Photography has accompanied me since my adolescence.
