Description
I invite you to a fulfilling 6-7 h walking plus bike tour of the vibrant Wrocław City. Located in southwest Poland, close to the German and Czech border, Wrocław is a multicultural city and the capital of Lower Silesia. Address by several names like Breslau, Vratislav, and Presslaw over the centuries, Wrocław is distinguished for its stunning architectural heritage with the finest Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic buildings and churches.
Among several city attractions, the dwarf statues, over 100 bridges, and colourful tenement houses reflecting signs from shifting kingdoms of Bohemia, Austria, and Prussia will leave you mesmerised.
Add to it the UNESCO World Heritage Centennial Hall, Pergola, Japanese Garden, green spaces(Poland's greenest city), nightlife, tasty craft beer, and the postcard look of Ostrow Tumski, and you'll find Wrocław the perfect addition to your trip to Poland. Wrocław is 3h drive from Krakow, almost 4h drive from Warsaw and Prague, and 4.5h drive from Gdansk.
With a perfectly walkable, bikeable centre and an efficient public transport network, navigating through Wrocław city couldn't get any better.
Join me on this immersive Wrocław day tour experience as we start from the centre and end up in the city's eastern part, covering Wrocl1aw's most historical landmarks. I will be narrating the vast history of this city in a nutshell while showing you all the remarkable tourist attractions, vantage and viewpoints.
After our tour, I'll leave you with top recommendations for food, attractions and nearby locations, ensuring you don't miss out on anything significant in this city.
I mainly carry out tours in small groups (up to 4 people), but bigger group tours can be arranged after mutual agreement.

- This Wrocław day tour (walking plus biking) experience starts with a relaxing walk amidst the pastel-coloured main square. Strolling through the city centre, we reach Ostrow Tumski and exit Ostrow Tumski from the eastern side. This is where we rent a city bike from the bike station next to the Credit Suisse building.
- Skipping the main roads and traffic, we ride along the riverside, cross scenic bridges and parks and reach the UNESCO World Heritage Centennial Hall Complex located in the eastern part of the city after covering Wroclaw's top historical landmarks.
- I will narrate the vast history of this city in a nutshell while showing you all the remarkable tourist attractions, vantage and viewpoints. We also stop to grab ice cream from one of the city's favourite places.
- Parking our bikes at the site, we stroll around Hala Stulecia (AKA Centennial Hall), fountains, Four Domes Pavillion, Iglicia, Pergola, Green space around, and the beautiful Japanese Garden surroundings. All the premises are free to enter and see. But exhibition and garden entrances are paid (not included in the tour price).
- We will exit from the lovely Szczytnicki Park and bike along the riverside to reach the north of the downtown, AKA Wrocław Srodmiescie.
- Along the way, we will cross the city's immaculate nature spots, bridges, dams, and popular fishing spots and see the locals boat and fish (just summer privilege, you know, right)) and see plenty of birds and swans and the super-hyped beach bars. When you see it, you'll know it's all true hype. We can also grab a drink ( not included in the tour cost) at a beach bar to soak up the summer beach bar vibes.
