Day 1- Arrival in Islamabad
Welcome to Pakistan at Islamabad. Transfer to your hotel for rest.
In the morning, visit the Ministry of Tourism for a briefing session and for permit formalities.
In the afternoon, do a city sightseeing tour to Rawalpindi and Islamabad, which offers a great contrast between culture, and archaeology. Rawalpindi is an old city with narrow lanes and bustling bazaars, while Islamabad is a modern and the only planned city of Pakistan, serving as the capital of the state. See the Raja Bazaar, Murree Road, Metro Bus Ride, Lok Virsa Museum and Shah Faisal Mosque with your Pakistani tour guide.

Day 2- Islamabad - Chilas
Start our journey on the GT road and then turn to KKH and travel towards Chilas, the place at the foot of Nanga Parbat, where hundreds of rocks are found with inscriptions, writings and drawings of old times.
Make a photo stop at Chilas and Shatial Rocks.
Continue driving to Chilas for an overnight stay at a hotel here.

Day 3- Chilas - Gilgit - Karimabad (Hunza Valley)
Gilgit has been the most important garrison town since ages. Now it is the largest and most important commercial center of the region, settled on the banks of Gilgit River.
After making a brief tour of the town, depart for Hunza driving on the KKH and will make a spectacular stop at Rakaposhi viewpoint.
Cross several villages of Nagar and Hunza States to finally arrive at Karimabad, the capital town of Hunza Valley.

Day 4- Karimabad - Excursion Khunjerab Pass
Make an excursion to the Sino-Pak border at Khunjerab, crossing the villages of Gulmit, Passu and Sost en route. Khunjerab is the highest point on KKH at 4,734 meters and is considered the highest trade route in the world.
In the evening, return to Karimabad with your Pakistani tour guide.

Day 5- Karimabad - Fairy Meadows
start early for a great but soft adventure at the base camp of Nanga Parbat - 8125 m, the lone giant of the Himalayas and the only second highest in Pakistan after K-2.
Drive to Raikot Bridge on KKH and onwards to Jail (Tato), by jeeps at foot of Fairy Meadow. From the end of the jeep track, it is a hike of about three hours to the legendary place Fairy meadows, which is truly named with unsurpassed views of Nanga Parbat.
At the FairyMeadows, stay in tents or log cabins that are available for accommodation.

Day 6- Fairy Meadows - Excursion Base Camp
Start trekking with a soft walk of two to three hours, through the dense pine forest and later through birch trees and along shallow streams, which takes us to Beyal, a summer settlement of shepherds with stunning views of Nanga Parbat - 8125 m.
From Beyal, hike to the base camp, crossing tails of glaciers with a well-identified track. At the base camp, a monument had been erected in the memory of climbers who died on the mountain.
After a packed cold picnic lunch at Basecamp Thep, return to our campsite.

Day 7- Fairy Meadows – Babusar Top - Naran
At Fairy Meadows, do early morning photography.
Start descending through the village of Fantoori to Jail.
Drive to the Raikot Bridge and onwards drive on the KKH.
Arrive at Chilas. Here starts another adventure as we start driving to a newly constructed road and cross the Babusar pass at 4,000 m.
Descend into the Kaghan Valley. Kaghan, an alpine valley is completely different from the landscape of northern areas and offers green hills and forested mountains.
Pass through the summer settlement of Gitidas, Lulusar Lake and villages of Burwai, Jalkhad, and Batakundi to arrive at Naran, the main attraction of the valley.

Day 8- Naran – Lake Saif ul Malook - Islamabad
Make an early start to visit the legendary lake, Saif-ul-Muluk, at 3,200 m. where Malika Parbat (5,271 m), the highest peak of the valley, towers over the lake and offers great venues for candid shots and superb photography. The Lake can be approached by jeeps, on foot or by riding a hired pony.
Return to Naran to depart for Balakot, the last town of Kaghan Valley. Balakot is settled on the banks of River Kunhar, the lifeline of the Kaghan Valley.
Keep on driving to Mansehra and then finally reach Islamabad city.
