Description

Explore Swat, a river valley and administrative district in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. Enjoy the magnificent views of the valley, take nature walks, stroll through the forests, participate in adventure sports activities, and spot the local flora and fauna of the region in this 5-day tour.

Itinerary

Day 1: Islamabad- Mingora Swat
- 05:00 am: Pickup from Islamabad.
- 07:00 am: Drive to Mingora Swat.
- 13:00 pm: Halt for lunch at Abbottabad.
- 16:40 pm: Arrive in Mingora, Check-in at the hotel and visit the historical places.
- 20:00 pm: Have dinner at Swat River side restaurant
- 23:00 pm: Travel back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Mingora- Kalam
- 08:00 am: Have breakfast at the hotel.
- 09:00 am: Drive to Kalam.
- 14:00 pm: Arrive in Kalam, have lunch at the hotel, then visit the Husho forest.
- 18:00 pm: Travel back to the hotel to have tea and snacks.
- 20:00 pm: Dinner at hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3: Kalam Moudent Lake- Swat
- 08:00 am: Have breakfast at the hotel.
- 10:00 am: Go on a jeep drive to Moudent Lake.
- 13:00 pm: Arrive at the camp, attend a briefing, and enjoy free time.
- 14:00 pm: have lunch at the camp, go boating and enjoy jungle trek activities.
- 19:00 pm: Drive back to camp and relax.
- 20:00 pm: Take part in camp survival competition, cooking, tent pitching, and set up a bonfire.
- 23:00 pm: Enjoy DJ and music at the camp.
Day 4: Kalam - Mingora Swat
- 08:00 am: Have breakfast at the camp.
- 09:00 am: Go for a Jungle walk and enjoy free time at the lake area.
- 13:00 pm: have lunch at the camp.
- 14:00 pm: Drive to Mingora for cable river crossing.
- 17:00 pm: Drive to Swat bazaar.
- 19:00 pm: Travel back to the hotel and enjoy free time.
- 20:00 pm: Have dinner at a local restaurant near Swat River.
- 22:00 pm: Return to the hotel.
- 23:00 pm: Enjoy DJ and music.
Day 5: Swat- Islamabad
- 07:00 am: Have breakfast at the hotel.
- 09:00 am: Checkout, and depart for Islamabad.
- 13:00 pm: Arrival at Islamabad and depart for your destination.

Know Before You Go

Payment Procedure:

100% Advance on date block & confirmation of services, minimum 03 weeks before commencement of the event

Cancellation Policy:

06 Working days or less, 100% cancellation charge.

07 to 10 working days – 50% or the equivalent of the first two days charges.

12 working days or more – no cancellation charges provided, no commitment or advances.

Important Factors:

Personal effects for Warm/Windy/Rainy conditions should be carried by clients. Insect’s repellent, Sunburn lotion etc. Following are recommended for the nature trail.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or is caught using any drug on buses or during the trip, they will be expelled from the trip right away on the spot, and the person will not be eligible for any refund.

The host reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reason deemed appropriate by them. In such a case, the registered participants will receive a full refund.

On an adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of other factors beyond organisers' control can result in a change of itinerary. It is doubtful that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary, the Leader of the group and Guide will decide what the best alternative is, considering the best interests of the whole group Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate/regret any participant due to indiscipline.

Members shall not indulge in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.

Members must respect the authority of an organizer.

Each participant should treat other team members with respect.

Special respect towards Families & female members would be exercised.

All members would give due care for the local environmental care.

All members would respect the environmental care to keep the place clean.

The organizers reserve the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.

Note:

Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.

Time management is strictly recommended.

Participants are advised to use Non-slippery Shoes/Boot/Joggers/DMS. Participants must NOT wear Heel/Dress Shoes.

On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air-conditioned buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.

We will not be responsible for any injury/damage/loss.
