Itinerary

Arrive Islamabad – Narran /Besham
- Get picked up by your Islamabad tour guide from the airport.
- Head to the hotel.
Overnight in the hotel.
Islamabad /Rawalpindi
- Today, start with your official formalities and prepare for your trek.
Overnight in the hotel.
Arrive Islamabad – Narran /Besham
- Fly to Gilgit, Karimabad or drive to Chilas/Naran.
- Head to the hotel.
Overnight in Gilgit, Karimabad, Chilas/Naran.
Shimshal Valley
- Today drive to Shimshal Village and spend the night there in a hotel.
Rest day at shimshal
- Today start with your final preparations for the trek.
Shupodin
- Start your trek to Shupudin with your Pakistani guide.
Overnight in a camp.
Trek to Mindikshalige.
- Trek to Mindikshalige.
Overnight in the camp.
Trek to Dhee
- Trek to Dhee and end your tour.

What's Included

Accommodation on twin sharing basis and at standard category hotels in towns of Islamabad, Gilgit Hunza Shimshal.

Camping Equipment that will include, Dome 03 V tents during trekking and at the base camp, Mattresses Toilet Tent.

Kitchen & Mess Tent Equipment: Mess Tent with full kitchen equipment, table & chairs, kitchen utensils, washroom tent with commode seat.

Meals: Full Board at hotels in towns & full board in darning camping and base camp. Your Pakistani guide will provide excellent quality food during the start of your trek from Shimshal to BC and back to Shimshal, (full board).

Services of a trekking guide, porter Sardar (for trek part), cook & helper at the base camp.

Transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

All porter for camping equipment and food covered (including insurance, transport, wages, kit, shelter, food & fuel). Porter from Shimshal to Base Camp UP, 75 Kg of expedition luggage per member and back to Shimshal 50 Kg of expedition luggage per member.

Camping light solar panel: Small solar panel for base camp mess tent, kitchen tents.

What's Excluded

Below mentioned services are not included in the price, but some of them can be arranged on your request before your arrival. Please contact your Islamabad tour guide if you wish for other services.

Domestic & international air tickets, airport taxes, cargo fee & custom charges for import & export, beverages, laundry, sleeping bags, high altitude porters and food above base camp for members and high porters, climbing equipment, etc.

Equipment, luggage, and Cargo: Before your arrival and departure, the tour provider will take care of your luggage. Clearance of cargo before arrival, clearance of your cargo after your departure, storage of equipment in the tour provider's store until your arrival.

Transfer of your equipment to base camp with you. You can take about 75kg while you depart towards the base camp and 50kgs on your way back from base camp. You will be responsible to pay if your luggage exceeds above the allowed kgs.

Storage of your unwanted belongings in Islamabad or Shimshal, which you do not need during your adventure.

Miscellaneous:

Food during climbing.

Stay in the high camp.

Satellite phone mail delivery at the base camp.

Reconfirmation of international flight tickets.

Arrangement of high altitude porters (if required).

Arrangement of high altitude tents (VE 25 North Face Tents) on payment.

A farewell dinner will be hosted from Rock Valley Tours in one of the best restaurants or hotels in Rawalpindi/Islamabad with your staff who will be coming back with you from the base camp or your adventure.

Fees & Tipping: The following fees and taxes are included in the quotation, for members, Rock Valley Tours crew and Camping fees, Bridge crossing Fees (Porter, porter Sardar, and staff Tips are not included in the cost).

Note: If any member splits from the expedition for his/her own reason, that member will bear all transportation costs on the way back to Islamabad. In case of damage to the base camp tent or any equipment, the expedition member will be charged the original value of the equipment.

Terms & Conditions: The expedition members will arrive in Islamabad on the date mentioned above and will go together towards Base Camp in the group.

No member can split except in an emergency situation.

If any/some members wish to join the expedition at the base camp later, it's possible. However, the extra expenses occurring in cases have to be paid by the climbers.

While coming back from base camp, all members will be together. For any reason, if any/some climbers split from the expedition, the extra expenses would be charged to expedition members. It is to be noted that the Liaison Office has the authority to make final decisions.

No service above base camp is included in the package. However, on extra payment, such services can be provided on advance request.

The strategy of climbing is made by expedition members mutually.
