Itinerary
-
Day 1: Visit the Bohol Island
- Departure at 5:00 a.m.
- Whale Shark Watching allows you to see a giant sea creature. The Whale Shark is the largest fish alive today. Their maximum size is still unknown, but they can reach up to 20 meters. You can watch these giants in the water or swim with them.
- Visit a place with tropical butterflies, sloths and white boa constrictors.
- Visit the artificial forest (Mahogany Forest). Mahogany Forest is the first and only artificial forest in the Philippines. It consists mainly of mahogany trees about 2 kilometres long, densely spread in the towns of Bilar and Loboc. The terrain on both sides of the road goes uphill. What you see are mahogany trees. No other vegetation grows between the mahogany trees. You can only see the brown trunks sticking out of the ground and the green canopy above them. It's beautiful to see the roots of the trees sticking out of the ground, crawling over boulders and the earth's contours, even reaching the side of the road. Looking at them makes you shiver. Like the tentacles of a giant octopus, the roots seem to reach out and grab careless passersby, just like in the movie Lord of the Rings.
- Visit the park with the Tarsiers (Tarsier Sanctuary). It is quite problematic to see these little ones in the wild. They value their privacy and do not like publicity. One of the favourite activities of tarsiers is to play hide and seek. High up in a tree, in the dense shade, among the leaves, it is extremely difficult to notice and even more difficult to see in detail.
- Experience a Quad ride around the Chocolate Hills (60 min.)
- The Chocolate Hills are amazing landscapes created by nature. They are Bohol's most famous landmark and are even featured on the provincial crest and flag. They are cone-shaped, their height varies from 30 to 120 meters, and their number ranges from 1260 to 1776 hills in 50 square meters. In the dry season, the grass on them burns and turns brown. All these factors together allow these hills to be called chocolate hills. Scientists have not yet agreed on the origin of the Chocolate Hills in Bohol.
- Ziplines over the Loboc River (Loboc Eco-Tourism Adventure Park). For those who like to tickle their nerves, experience new emotions and get an adrenaline rush! I would like to point out that the flight is not just between the trees as in a rope park - but over the trees and even over the river! The height of the flight is about 100 meters.
- Enjoy the Loboc River Cruise on a restaurant raft and lunch during the rafting (national cuisine buffet). Loboc River is one of the main rivers of the island. It is scenic, and its waters are calm, so there are floating raft restaurant cruises. The cruise starts with a hearty lunch; the float continues for about an hour. Live music is played during the float. Songs can be Boholano, Jazz or Blues. On the riverbank, enjoy the performers' traditional dancing and singing. Be sure to wave to passengers from other floating restaurants as they pass in the other direction.
- Pass the winding Green River. We pass nipa palms, coconut palms, banana trees and shrubs. The current is calm until we reach the small Busay waterfall at the end of the trip.
- Transfer to Tagbilaran seaport (Bohol Island).
- Transfer by ferry to the port of Cebu City (Cebu Island).
- Transfer and hotel accommodation in Cebu City (Cebu Island).
-
Day 2: Visit Cebu Island
- Departure at 4:00 a.m.
- Canyoning and visit to Kawasan Waterfalls.
- We offer to plunge into the wild jungle of Cebu Island and the most adventurous and active to visit the canyoning on the Canla Ob River in the municipality of Badian. The exit of the canyoning will be to the most beautiful waterfall on the island - Kawasan. Four hours of fun, movement and enjoying the beautiful views. Cool aquamarine water of the mountain river and adrenaline. Canyoning is energetic, positive and moody. The route passes through places where the beauty of waterfalls and trails is indescribable. Passing through the canyon is more like an amusement park.
- Your trip will be completed by the Kawasan Falls, the pearl of the Philippines. You will swim at the foot of the falls in large natural pools of turquoise and emerald waters. Our guides will help you videotape and take lots of beautiful photos for you and with you. The beauty of this waterfall will not leave any tourist indifferent.
- Private or public transportation and hotel accommodation in Cebu City (Cebu Island).
- The approximate time of arrival in Cebu is 6 pm.
