Description
Go on a hiking day tour of Llanganuco Lakes-Chinancocha and Orconcocha, situated in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. Pass through the beautiful mountain villages of Monterrey, Paltay, Tarica and more on this tour. Trek through the Cordillera Blanca and Callejon de Huaylas valleys. Travel to Lake 69, a small lake near Huaraz, in the region of Ancash, Peru. Enjoy the scenic mountain views of Pisco, Chacraraju, Yanapacha and Huascaran on the way.

Lake 69 & Llanaguco Lakes Hiking Tour
Pick up from the hotel at 8 am and depart in Llanganuco Lakes' direction, located between the mountains of Huascaran and Huandoy.
Pass through the villages of Monterrey, Paltay, Tarica, Jangas and Yungar Anta on the way.
Witness the scenic beauty of the snow-capped mountains of Huandoy, Huascaran, Hualcan, Copa and others.
Continue travelling through Marcara and Carhuaz.
Arrive at New Yungay and start ascending the dusty road up to Llanganuco Lakes.
Hike to the base of the Huascaran and Huandoy Mountains.
Continue travelling through Cebollapampa trailhead for Pisco Mountain.
Arrive at Lake 69 and spend some time here.
Trek along the valley, thus visiting the Orconcocha lake first.
Enjoy a bird watching tour around the lake.
Continue to Chinacocha Lake and enjoy sailing with small boats on the lake.
Walk along the nicest trail of Maria Josefa, full of vegetation.
Return to the hotel.
