Itinerary

Day 1: Rainforest Excursion and Nocturnal Hike
- Depart from Iquitos and travel 97 km (approximately 2 hours) up to the Amazon River to reach the Camp located on the Rio Tushpa, a small Amazonian tributary.
- During the trip, you will see some spectacular scenery along the mighty Amazon River and observe how local people live and make a living here.
- Arrive at the lodge for a brief orientation with your guide.
- After lunch, you will have an afternoon excursion to see the beautiful local flora and fauna, wherein you will learn about various medicinal plants found in the rainforest areas.
- Dinner in the lodge, followed by a nighttime excursion to spot insects, amphibians, and nocturnal animals.(Lunch and Dinner included.)

Day 2: Birdwatching, Canoeing, Pink Dolphins, Caiman Spotting
- Watch birds along the river in the early morning and enjoy a unique Amazon sunrise followed by breakfast in the lodge.
- After breakfast, cruise along the Amazon River again in a peke-peke boat to spot pink and grey river dolphins.
- Then, we will have lunch in a lodge, followed by preparations for the return trip to Iquitos.
- Once in Iquitos, you will be transported to your hotel or the airport.
