Historical tour of Cusco
- 12:30 PM: Pick up from the Main Plaza. We will visit the following places:
- The Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun): Displays the magnificence of Quechua culture, one of the main sacred temples dedicated to the worship of their deities.
- Sacsayhuaman: A center showcasing the challenging and dedicated construction work dedicated to the cult of the Lightning (Illapa) and Fertility (lLame), with blocks exceeding 120 tons.
- Queno: A center dedicated to the cult of Pachamama and the observation of solstices, crucial for predicting harvest times and seedtime.
- Puka Pukara: A control point on trails leading to Antisuyo (path to the jungle) during Inca times.
- Tambomachay: Center dedicated to the worship of water, featuring finely carved natural rock water sources. Also considered a resting place for travelers from other regions.
