Description
Head for Mountain Pisco (5752 m), one of the easiest peaks to climb in the Cordillera Blanca, perfect for acclimatization before tackling a higher summit higher. Savour the spectacular view of a slew of peaks such as Chacraraju, Yanapaccha, Chopicalqui, Huascaran, Huandoy, Piramide Garcilaso, Artesonraju, Caraz, and Alpamayo from the Summit.
Itinerary

Day 1: Huaraz – Pisco Base Camp
6:00 AM: Depart from Huaraz towards the north.
Move along Callejon de Huaylas valley until you reach Yungay town with your Peruvian tour guide.
Turn to the east to continue driving up toward Llanganuco valley, passing on the way by two beautiful glacier lakes (Chinancocha and Urqu Qucha) until Cebollapampa.
Walk up about 3 hours from Cebolla Pampa, with donkey driver and his animal service until base camp at 46650 m.

Day 2: Pisco Base Camp - Pisco Summit - Pisco Base Camp
Wake up around midnight and breakfast at 1:00 AM, after which start climbing toward between moraine and rock way (about 3 hours).
When you reach the glacier, wear crampons and take the rope to go up to the summit of Pisco at 5752 m (after 4 hours). On the summit you will see around a dozen summits, some of them are over six thousand meters high like mount Huascaran.
Return by the same way to your camping place.

Day 3: Pisco base camp – Cebollapampa – Huaraz
Go down to Cebollapampa after breakfast for about 3 hours.
Take your private transport to drive to Huaraz.
