The embera is one of the 7 native groups of Panama; we will go into the tropical rainforest, up the Chagres River by dugout canoe and experience beautiful scenarios of nature. The Emberas people will show us their traditions, their way of living and how they elaborate their handicrafts. They will perform their traditional dances and music. We will enjoy lunch prepared by the Embera community (Fish and Plantain). Depending on weather conditions, we could visit a waterfall at the Chagres River.
