Description
Explore the mountain town of El Valle de Anton in central Panama. It's in the crater of an extinct volcano, surrounded by mountains and cloud forests. Travel across the north, Cerro Gaital National Park, which protects 3 hills: Cerro Gaital, Cerro Pajita and Cerro Caracoral. Pass through the trails with ocean views and visit the park, which is home to hundreds of species of native birds.

El Macho waterfalls, the most famous waterfall in the El Valle region, is a 35m-high Chorro El Macho, one of four cascades located about 2km north of town 15-minute walk from the road and the entrance to the Canopy Adventure tour.
El Nispero Zoo. Endangered frogs are the star attraction at this zoo, also home to coyotes, jaguars & exotic birds.
Las Mozes waterfall, the most accessible of the waterfalls around El Valle, is Chorro Las Mozas, located about 2km southwest.
