- Pick up at your hotel at 7 AM and start the adventure by driving along the Panama-Colon highway.
- Continue to the Agua Clara Locks, located approximately 1.5 hours away on the Caribbean side of the country.
- Let yourself be amazed with the magnitude of the ships transiting Agua Clara locks.
- Discover the giant ships passing through the locks below.
- Stroll through the visitor center, watch an informative video and experience hiking the nearby rainforest trail.
- Learn how engineers were able to raise Gatun Lake, build new locks and widen the existing canals to accommodate the huge New Panamax ships.
- Around 10:00 am, we continue to Fort San Lorenzo, arriving at 11:00 am.
- Discover the history of the Fort of San Lorenzo.
- Marvel at the rich history of the well-preserved ruins as your guide explains the colorful history of this historic landmark.
- Shop at the Colón Free Zone, a massive showroom where wholesalers, retailers and the general public shop.
- At 12:00 pm we return to Panama City and arrive at your hotel at 2:00 pm.
