Tour the Famous Sites of Balboa/Amador
- Leave your hotel, connect with your tour guide and drive to Central Ave, specifically towards the National Institute, the first center for higher studies of Republican Panama. This is a majestic building from 1911 with Renaissance and Italian Baroque style. The building shows Egyptian and possibly Persian mythic elements.
- After an introduction, start the walking tour through Santa Ana to emulate the martyrs' route that fateful January 9. We will cross the former division between the two countries to finally get to the former Canal Zone.
- On the other side, continue walking in the direction of Balboa's High School, where the confrontation started.
- After explaining what happened before, during, and after this event that marked Panama forever, we will visit the Administration Building, an excellent architectural piece of art that was and is the eyes of the Panama Canal.
- Move to the Amador Causeway, a breakwater that guards the entrance to the Panama Canal.
- Here you will enjoy this fantastic view while you delight your palate with a delicious lunch in one of the restaurants in the area (not included).
- After lunch and after a couple of pictures, return to your hotel.
