Description
You will love this place as much as your guide does, whose first impression of NZ was to return as often as possible. This tour will take you along the Matakana wine trail to the breathtaking East Coast Regional Park, set on a remote Peninsula. We will walk along the Pacific Ocean's stunning coastline and experience some of the wider Auckland region's most beautiful white sand beaches, rolling pastures, native coastal forest and regenerating wetlands. Experience NZ's first open nature sanctuary, integrating conservation, recreation and farming. The pest-free habitat provides a safe home for threatened native wildlife, and who knows, we might even spot some dolphins - one of my favourite tours.

Stunning Auckland East Coast Walk & Wine
- Depart from the hotel around 8:30 am and travel along the Matakana wine route to visit a beautiful regional park.
Visit the Honey Center, where the famous New Zealand Manuka honey is made.
Hike on the North Coast Track to the Tokatu viewpoint and enjoy fantastic views of Auckland's white beaches.
Continue to a local winery to try delicious regional wines.
Return to the hotel.
