Sign up for this 5-hour shore excursion to Piha & Karekare beaches. Enjoy the mystic rainforest, waterfalls, caves, black volcanic surf beaches and stunning views. The tour begins when we leave Auckland on our 50-minute drive to the wild West Coast. Enjoy the wonderful nature on a walk through the mystic rainforest, dip your toe in the waterfall "pool", and be fascinated by the beauty and ruggedness of the Wild West Coast.

Piha & Karekare - Bay Of The Boisterous Seas
Please note the starting time is flexible.
- 8:30 am: Pick up from hotel, port or as agreed.
- After leaving the City of Sails, we will travel to the Wild West Coast (about 50 minutes).
- Enjoy the wonderful nature on a walk to the Karekare Waterfall (about 20 minutes).
- Due to damage to walking tracks and roads from Cyclone Gabrielle in Feb 2023, there is currently no access to a waterfall.
- Soak in the beauty of Piha while walking (about 60 min).
- Back in the City of Sails at 13:30.
