Have breakfast and leave for Godam Thankot from your hotel with your Nepalese tour guide.
Take the cable car for 9 mins to get to the top of Chandragiri Hill. Visit the temple and enjoy the amazing view all around. See The Himalayan ranges like Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Gaurishankar and Mahalangur from here. Get a chance to witness Mount Everest on a clear day.
Take the cable car down.
Arrive at the Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), built by King Manadeva and by the 13th century, it became an important center of Buddhism. Learn the history of Kathmandu and its temples here.
