Day 1: Kathmandu to Chitwan
Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location.
Arrive at your hotel, where a reception will be held for you.
Go to your room and freshen up, have some refreshments, and then attend a briefing session.
Participate in a 'Village Tour’ to a neighboring Tharu settlement. You will acquire an insight into the culture as well as the traditional lifestyle of these indigenous Tharu communities.
Visit the Tharu Cultural Museum.
Return to dine at the hotel and enjoy a fine Nepalese style dining experience.
Have dinner and spend your night at the Parkland Hotel.

Day 2: Elephant-back Safari Tour in Chitwan
Wake up at dawn.
Have a hearty breakfast, then proceed down to the riverside, where a canoe ride awaits you.
Savour the experience of a lifetime as you navigate past the Marsh Mugger and the fish-eating Gharial (two rare crocodile species) with your Nepalese tour guide.
Head out for a visit to the Elephant Breeding Centre. Embrace the baby elephants and discover the modern methods of breeding an elephant in captivity.
Re-energize yourself with a delicious lunch.
Proceed for an elephant back jungle safari. Feel close to Mother Nature by traversing the pristine woods to witness the diverse wildlife here such as one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tiger, and Sambar deer in their natural habitats.
Come back to your hotel in the evening.
Have full board meals and spend the night at Parkland Hotel.

Day 3: Birdwatching in Chitwan
Wake up and enjoy some flavored tea/coffee in the hotel.
Set out into the enchanting forest to for pleasure bird watching activity. Spot some beautiful birds like Wood Sandpiper, bulbuls, and rare bird species including the emerald doves, ruby-cheeked sunbirds, crested hornbills and jungle owlets.
Retrace your steps to the hotel and savor a palatable breakfast.
Travel back to Kathmandu via a tourist bus for about 6-7 hours of road journey (depending upon the traffic conditions).
