Join this 14-day tour and explore the people, culture, landscape and beautiful mountain peaks in this countryside tour that covers all the sites of Nepal, including Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan National Park, & Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha.
Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
- Transfer to your hotel after arriving at Kathmandu airport.
- Eat fresh meals served at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu Tour
- Start your day with a hearty breakfast and visit the historic old city of Kathmandu.
- See the old King Palace and Hanuman Dhoka.
- Come across the largest and oldest temple of the city, the Taleju Pagoda.
- Stop for lunch and then take a trip to Swayambunath.
- Explore Stupa, the most important sanctuary of the Newar Buddhists, which rises on a hill above the Kathmandu Valley.
- Enjoy the afternoon sun, which gives a beautiful view of the city. Experience the Buddhist Ceremony held during the time.
- After this, move to Patan city.
- Visit the royal city of Patan- the cradle of arts and crafts and the centre of Newar architecture. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Bhaktapur - Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa
- Enjoy a pleasant breakfast, and drive to Bhaktapur City.
- Explore the royal city of Bhaktapur-the cultural highlight of the tour.
- At the Durbar Square, admire the Hindu temple painted wood carvings and stone animals.
- Proceed to the place with the highest pagoda of Nepal, Nyatapola.
- Then, move to the Dattatreya Square in the east and marvel at the former priest houses with elaborately carved window frames from Sal tree wood.
- In the afternoon, visit Pashupatinath on the holy Bagmati River.
- Next, go to Bodnath, the religious centre of Tibetans living in Nepal and the largest stupa in the country.
- Discover the richly decorated gompa west of the Stupa, in which a superior statue of Maitreya Buddha is enthroned.

Day 4: Kathmandu - Pokhara
- Commence on a journey to Pokhara.
- Reach the city in the afternoon, at the foot of the famous fishtail mountain, or Machapuchare.
- Take a stroll through the streets and visit Phewa Lake. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 5: Pokhara City Stroll and Sarangkot
- Hike in the area of Rupa Lake or go on a day trip to Sarangkot.
- Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the hills.
- Go into the old town, where you will find the mountain people trade in the bazaar.

Day 6: Pokhara - Tansen
- Make your way to Tansen, the former capital of Pala-kings, early in the morning.
- Stop in Waling to see the bazaar across the Kali Gandaki River.
- Drive up the switchbacks on the Srinagar Danda. You'll enjoy a great view of the Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna.
- Stay in a beautiful Mountain Resort. Find the old Newari settlement within walking distance.

Day 7: Tansen - Lumbini
- From the foothills of the Himalayas, we now move to Lumbini - the birthplace of Buddha
- See the famous Ashoka Pillar and Maya Devi temple.

Day 8: Lumbini to Chitwan National Park
- Drive from Lumbini to the famous Chitwan National Park
- Spend your first night in a Jungle Lodge.

Day 9: Chitwan National Park Safari
- Enjoy a game drive in the National Park.
- Go on a safari. Ride elephants through high elephant grass and dense jungle, then lay back. Overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Chitwan National Park - Daman
- Enjoy the morning programme in Chitwan Park.
- Depart to a high pass from Daman.
- Enjoy a clear view of the entire range from Dhaulagiri to Mt. Everest. Overnight in Daman.

Day 11: Daman - Dhulikel
- Drive from Daman to Dhulikel. Overnight in Dhulikel.

Day 12: Dhulikhel
- Drive to Kavre district for breakfast.
- Proceed to NamoBudda, one of the famous Buddhist places.
- Walk to the old village of Shanku.
- Finally, we arrive at Panuti, a medium-old Newar city.
- Drive back to Dhulikhel.

Day13: Dhulikhel - Kathmandu
- After a leisurely breakfast in the morning, go for a slight hike in the beautiful surroundings of Dhulikhel.
- In the afternoon, take a half-day trip to Dakshinkali Temple.
- Witness the picturesque village of Newari Kritipur.

Day 14: Kathmandu - Departure
- Return to Kathmandu in the morning.
- Drive to the airport to board a flight back home in the afternoon.
