Description
Embark on a 6-day journey into the wilderness of Chitwan National Park, UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take an elephant ride on the Rapti River. Watch numerous species of wildlife such as tigers, rhinos and crocodiles.
Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and head for the hotel with our representative.
After check-in, get a brief of the entire tour.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2- Kathmandu Sightseeing
Take breakfast, then proceed for sightseeing activities in the Kathmandu valley.
Pay visits to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a holy Hindu shrine on the Baghmati River and Bouddhanath stupa, among the largest stupa in South Asia.
Reach the Budhanilkantha Temple, the large finest stone sculpture of sleeping Lord Vishnu.
Visit the Kathmandu Durbar square, the monuments of the historic Royal Palace, and the Living Goddess Kumari Temple with more ancient temples.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3- Drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park via Devghat (185 km / 7 hrs)
After breakfast, leave for Chitwan National Park by our private luxury transport. Stop in between to do river rafting and pack lunch and then, continue the drive to Chitwan.
On reaching the Narayanghat checkpoint, visit the Devghat temple. On the side of the Narayani river, take a ferry to go for the temple visit.
Continue the journey to Chitwan National Park. In the evening, check-in & refresh.
Witness the Tharu Culture Program. Tharu are native people of Chitwan. Have dinner at a Resort.

Day 4- Arrive in Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, go for the river adventure by dug canoeing. During the canoeing, trace a range of birds, alligators, the endangered species found only in Nepal and India and crocodiles.
Walk through the jungle for an hour and reach the Elephant Breeding Center. You can see many baby elephants. After visiting the Elephant breeding centre, return to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, rest for some time.
In the afternoon, around 2 or 3 pm, take an Elephant Safari. Ride an elephant for 1 or 2 hours. You can see one horn Rhinos, deers, Impala, Sambar, and so many other mammals while on Safari.
In the evening, take a short walk tour around the village to experience the culture & lifestyle of the local ethnic inhabitants from the Tharu community and, in the end, enjoy a sunset view from Rapti river beach or resort.

Day 5- Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu (165km / 5hrs)
After breakfast, proceed for a return journey to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check in the hotel & rest or shop around the city on your own.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6- Departure
Culminate the final day of the trip in Kathmandu. Join our representative to arrive at the airport for your flight back home.
