Yubra Himal peak (6035m) is a rarely climbed peak located in the Langtang region of Nepal. Yubra Himal peak climbing offers amazing views of the Ganesh Himal, Langshisha ri, Dorje Lakpa, Langtang Lirung, Yala Peak, Naya Kanga Peak, Shishapangma etc with Tamang culture and beautiful landscapes. Yubra Himal Peak is a really interesting alternative to other crowded peaks in the Langtang region, and the Yubra Himal Peak climbing permit has been issued since 2002. Yubra Himal Peak is an NMA category trekking peak of Nepal.
Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Syabru Beshi (1600m)
- You will start early with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Beshi, a village located at 1600 meters altitude.
- The journey takes approximately 9 hours by road, passing through picturesque landscapes, terraced fields, and rural settlements.
- Upon arrival in Syabru Beshi, you will check into your lodge and prepare for the trek ahead.

Day 2: Syabru Beshi to Lama Hotel (2470m)
- Your trekking adventure begins today. You will trek from Syabru Besi to Lama Hotel, ascending through dense oak, maple, and rhododendron forests. The trail follows the Langtang Khola (river) and passes by several small settlements and tea houses. Lama Hotel, situated at 2470 meters, offers a cosy resting place surrounded by lush greenery.

Day 3: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3430m) via Ghore Tabela
- Continuing along the Langtang Khola, you will trek to Ghore Tabela (2970m), a small settlement where you will enter Langtang National Park. The trail gradually ascends through rhododendron and pine forests, with occasional views of Langtang Lirung (7227m).
- From Ghore Tabela, you will trek further to Langtang Village, a picturesque village inhabited by Tibetan-descendant Tamang people.

Day 4: Langtang Village to Kyangjin Gompa (3870m)
- Today's trek takes you through scenic landscapes with prayer flags and Mani walls.
- You will pass by yak pastures and small villages, soaking in the serene mountain views. Kyangjin Gompa, a Buddhist monastery and the largest settlement in the area, sits at an altitude of 3870 meters.
- Upon arrival, you can explore the monastery and enjoy panoramic views of Langtang peaks.

Day 5: Kyangjin Gompa to Yubra Himal Base Camp (4900m)
- Leaving Kyangjin Gompa behind, you will trek towards Yubra Himal Base Camp. The trail ascends gradually, offering stunning views of snow-capped peaks and glaciers. Yubra Himal Base Camp, at 4900 meters, provides a spectacular setting for your climb preparation.

Day 6: Yubra Himal Base Camp to High Camp (5500m)
- Today's trek takes you higher towards High Camp, where you will set up camp in preparation for the summit push. The trail involves navigating rocky terrain and moraines, with breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.
- As you reach High Camp at 5500 meters, you will rest and acclimatize for the climb ahead.

Day 7: High Camp to Camp II (5700m)
- Continuing your ascent, you will trek to Camp II at 5700 meters. The route may involve crossing snowfields and negotiating steep sections. Camp II provides a strategic point for your summit attempt the following day.
- You will rest early to prepare for the challenging climb.

Day 8: Summit Day - Yubra Himal Peak (6048m) and Descend to High Camp
- Today is the highlight of your expedition as you make the summit push to Yubra Himal Peak (6048m).
- Starting in the early morning hours, you will ascend steep slopes and navigate crevasses under the guidance of experienced climbers.
- Upon reaching the summit, you will be rewarded with awe-inspiring views of the Himalayan range.
- After celebrating your achievement, you will descend carefully back to High Camp.

Day 9: Descend to Kyangjin Gompa
- After a successful summit of Yubra Himal Peak, you will return to Kyangjin Gompa. The descent allows you to reflect on your climbing experience while enjoying the scenic beauty of the Langtang Valley.
- Upon reaching Kyangjin Gompa, you can relax and celebrate your accomplishment with the local community.

Day 10: Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel
- Today, you will retrace your steps towards Lama Hotel, descending through Langtang Village and Ghore Tabela. The trail offers different perspectives of the landscape, with opportunities to spot wildlife and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Day 11: Lama Hotel to Syabru Besi - Drive to Kathmandu
- Your final day of trekking begins with a downhill trek from Lama Hotel to Syabru Besi.
- From Syabru Besi, you will take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, completing the loop of your Langtang trekking and climbing adventure.
- Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will transfer to your hotel. The evening is free for you to relax and celebrate your successful expedition.

Day 12: Departure from Kathmandu
- Today marks the end of your journey in Nepal.
- You will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight, carrying unforgettable memories of the Langtang Valley, Yubra Himal Peak, and the warm hospitality of Nepal.
