Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) & Trek to Phakding (2610m)
- Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (30-minute flight), then trek to Phakding. Enjoy scenic views of Kusum Kangar and traditional Sherpa villages. The trek lasts around 4 hours, with a relaxed pace for acclimatization.

Day 2: Phakding (2610m) to Namche Bazaar (3446m)
- Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar with a mix of uphill and downhill trails. Cross the Sagarmatha National Park and Dudh Kosi River. Reach Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, and enjoy the first views of Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse.

Day 3: Namche Bazaar (3446m) to Everest View Hotel (3880m) and Return to Namche Bazaar

Altitude & acclimatization: Maximum altitude of 3,880 meters, with limited risk of altitude sickness.

Best time to trek: Pre-monsoon (March to May) and post-monsoon (September to November) seasons.

What to pack: Sturdy trekking shoes, warm clothing, rain jacket, daypack, sunscreen, water bottles, camera.

Permits and documents: Sagarmatha National Park Permit, Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Permit, TIMS Card (included in package).

Lodging and meals: Teahouse accommodations with local and international dishes, traditional Sherpa food like Dal Bhat and momos.
