Champa Devi hill trek
Champa Devi, situated at an altitude of 2,285 m south-west of Kathmandu, is a pilgrimage site having a Buddhist stupa and a Hindu shrine and it brings many pilgrims to this place on full moon day.
Have breakfast at a hotel, and drive about 19 km south of Kathmandu valley for about an hour to a place called Pharping. This is one of the best and enjoyable one day hiking trips in the southern hill of Kathmandu valley and ideal for all people who crave for hiking adventures whilst enjoying the natural sceneries.
Enjoy the spectacular views of central and western Himalayan ranges including that of Langtang, Gauri Shanker, Jugal, Dorje Lakpha and many other mountains. This trail goes though the dense forest which is rich with birds and other wildlife.
