Itinerary

Day 1: Lukla & Phakding
Take a scenic 30-minute flight to Lukla from Kathmandu.
Trek to Phakding via Dudh Koshi, river beach where you will be passing several small settlements.
Spend your night at a teahouse.

Day 2: Namche Bazar
Start on a 6-7 hour trek to Namche Bazar.
On a clear day, you will get chance to see the first glimpse of Mount Everest on the way.

Day 3: Syanboche
In the morning, have a good breakfast and hike to the Everest viewpoint in Syanboche.
Get spectacular views of other mountains, alongside Mt Everest.
Descend back to Namche for rest.

Day 4: Tengboche
Trek to Tengboche.
Get stunning views of mountains including Mount Everest.
Enjoy a spectacular sunset in the confines of the Himalayas.

Day 5: Descend to Namche Bazar
Start your morning with a hike to see a stunning sunrise painting the mountains in a golden hue.
Retrace your steps back to Namche Bazar for the night.

Day 6: Return to Lukla
Retrace your steps back to Lukla for the night.

Day 7: Fly to Kathmandu
Get on an early morning flight and fly back to Kathmandu.
