Itinerary

Day 01- Arrival in Bhairahawa
- Arrive at Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa, the second International airport of Nepal which starts its operation on 26 May 2022. Our representatives welcome you and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 02- Bhairahawa - Lumbini
- Today is your first day at Lumbini, so explore as much as you can. After breakfast, visit the Mayadevi temple and sacred places inside the garden. This place is important because it is said that Queen Mayadevi here gave birth to Siddhartha Gautam in 563BC.
- In the northern part, there is a garden with World Peace Stupa. Nearby, there is a monasteries area which contains different International monasteries structure in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Japan, China, India, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, and Germany.
- See Ashoka Pillar, Eternal Peace Lamp, Pushkar Pond, and other centres such as library museums etc.
Overnight stay in the hotel in Lumbini.

Day 03- Tilaurakot - Gaotihawa - Lumbini
- Our day starts with driving to Tilaurakot, which is 27 km away from the Lumbini. Tilaurakot is a place where Lord Buddha spent his royal life of 29 years.
- After that, our journey leads to the accurate birthplace of Lord Buddha which is Gaotihawa. At this place, we will see the brick structures of stupa and monasteries in the area outside the modern Gaotihawa village. Also the center of the main mound the remains of the broken Ashokan Pillar which symbol the birthplace of Lord Buddha.
- Then, we will visit Devedha, the birthplace of Buddha's mother and we will go to Ramagrama, a sacred stupa which contains the relics of Lord buddha.
- Drive back and stay overnight at a hotel in Lumbini.

Day 04- Meditation Day
- This is the most important day in your tour as well as in your life where you will get a chance to meditate on the birth land of lord buddha in Buddhist Monastries by the Buddhist Guru. You can enlighten from the Buddha Quotes through Buddhist gurus. Overnight at Lumbini.

Day 05- Lumbini - Kathmandu
- After breakfast, you’ll proceed to Kathmandu from Lumbini. There are both options, whether fly or drive to Kathmandu.
- You can enjoy the beautiful scenes while flying. Rivers, Hills, Mountains, Valleys, Jungles, and many more can be observed while flying and you can see so closely the flat area of Terai and the paddy fields by road.
- Spot various animals including elephants roaming here and there nearby the road.

Day 06- Kathmandu Sightseeing
- On this day we will explore the different Buddhist religious sites in Kathmandu such as Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa, Kopan Monastery and Pharping Monastery.

Day 07- Namobudha Monastery
- Today, our journey heads towards Namobudha Monastery, which is the famous Buddhist Pilgrimage site where The Lord Buddha sacrifices his body to a hungry Tigress and its Cubs.
- You can visit the holy sites and monasteries over there.
Overnight at Namobudha Monastery.

Day 08- Kathmandu
- After breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu.
- In the afternoon, we will visit Patan City for Hiranya Varna Mahavir and Rudra Varna Mahavir sightseeing.
- Later, we will go for shopping thankas in Kathmandu.

Day 09- Kathmandu Departure
- Till departure time, you can be free for shopping around. It is important to reach the airport 3 hours before your scheduled flight time.
