Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu.
Receive and transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu
Trek preparation day in Kathmandu.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Lukla
Fly to Lukla (2,800 m).
Begin your trek to Phakding (2,665 m) - 6.5 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 4: Namche Bazaar
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 8 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 5: Rest Day
Rest for the day in Namche Bazaar.

Day 6: Tengboche
Trek to Tengboche (3,867 m) – 7 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 7: Pheriche
Trek to Pheriche (4,263 m) – 8.5 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 8: Rest Day
Rest for the day in Pheriche.

Day 9: Lobuche
Trek to Lobuche (4,930 m) – 6 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 10: Gorakshep
Trek to Gorakshep (5,180 m) – 4 km.
After the meal, hike to Everest Base Camp (5,365 m).
Retrace back to Gorakshep for overnight.

Day 11: Kalapattar
Early excursion to Kalapattar to view sunrise across the Himalaya including Everest.
Return to Gorakshep.
After breakfast, trek back to Pheriche – 10 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar
Trek back to Namche Bazaar – 15.5 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 13: Lukla
Trek back to Lukla – 14.5 km.
Overnight at lodge.

Day 14: Kathmandu
Fly back to Kathmandu.
Transfer to Hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
