Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival, meet and transfer to the hotel.
Depending on arrival time, you have the option to stroll around the Thamel and Local Street Kathmandu. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner with a typical traditional cultural show.

Day 2: Sightseeing Bhaktapur and Drive to Nagarkot
After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur, 16k east of Kathmandu, via Bhaktapur road and Nagarkot highway (30min). Bhaktapur is a medieval city and a cultural gem of Nepal. Bhaktapur is the largest of the three ancient Newar Kingdoms found in the Kathmandu Valley. The city is particularly known for its arts, culture, and the traditional lifestyles of its people.
Visit Bhaktapur’s Durbar Square, and witness the magnificent 55-window palace, which is surrounded by a number of pagodas and shikhara-style temples. See the metal art and architecture of Golden Gate, 5 storied pagoda-style wooden carvings Nyatapole Temple, Bhairabnath Temple in Taumadhi Square, and visit the combination of 3 Gods (Brahma, Visnu & Mahesh or Shiva) at Duttatraya Temple.
Bhaktapur tour takes about 2-3 hours, then drive 30 min to Changunarayan via Nagarkot Road. Changunarayan Temple has a history that dates back to around 3000 years. Located on the high hilltop, the temple is surrounded by forest with Champak tree and a small village, stands majestically over the rice fields of Bhaktapur, around 22 km away from Kathmandu. The temple of Changu Narayan, the living museum of wooden, metal, and stone carving temple, was originally built in the 4th century during the Lichhavi Dynasty. It is one of the Hindus' holiest pilgrimage sites. (There is also an option for 2 hours hiking up to Telkot, if interested).
Then drive to Nagarkot for sunset and sunrise view. Nagarkot is one of the popular viewpoints of spectacular views of the mountain, including Mt. Everest and Langtang mountain.
Also visit the view tower, if interested.

Day 3: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Full day guided tour of Kathmandu valley takes on a visit to Pashupatinath Temple in the morning, one of the holiest Hindu temples.
Then transfer to the center of Kathmandu to explore the ancient city of Kathmandu full of art and craft, including Kathmandu Durbar Square, the Hanuman Dhaka, and Kumari temple. See the traditional art and craft and 12th to17th-century Durbar Square built by Malla King.
Walk towards the north of Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is called Asan & Indrachook. Here, see the traditional typical open market and traditional houses from the 17th century, still which has remained unchanged.
Then drive 4 km west of Thamel to one of the oldest stupa Swayambhunath, known as monkey temple, as there are a large number of monkeys surrounding the Stupa. This place is popular between Buddhist and Hindus equally.
On top of that, enjoy the entire Kathmandu valley view from the hilltop. Then drive back to hotel and rest.
