Great service even though tour did not take place.

We were looking forward to a day with Frank, perhaps doing ice fishing, snowmobiling, etc. A few days before our tour, he let us know that the weather was not cooperating and we would have had a day of mud more than snow, and let us decide what to do. We decided not to proceed. Frank was honest and gracious in his communication. I look forward to trying for a day with Frank in the future,
