Sign up for this 12-day tour through the major highlights of Namibia and visit the Sesriem Canyon, rock formations at Kuiseb Canyon and the World Heritage Site of Twyfelfontein. Itinerary

Day 1- Windhoek
Arrive at Hosea Kutako (Windhoek International) Airport, where you are met by your guide, Wiets.
Transfer to the capital of Namibia for check-in at our self-catering apartment in the city.
Dinner and a tour briefing at the famous Joe's Beerhouse.

Day 2- Sesriem
Travel to Sesriem where we will sleep two nights. We will have to stay in luxury tents if other accommodation in this area is not available.

Day 3- Sossusvlei & Deadvlei
Head out early in the morning (06:00) to visit Sossusvlei, a clay pan surrounded by some of the highest dunes in the world, which is filled only with water in years when excellent rainfall is received and also Deadvlei where you can climb the famous Big Daddy dune.
Savour a late breakfast at a picnic spot at the dunes, whereafter we visit the Sesriem Canyon.
Enjoy a sundowner drink at Elim Dune.

Day 4- Walvis Bay & Swakopmund
Drive to Swakopmund, a quaint desert town with its old-world charm hedged by desert and sea and enhanced by lush green lawns and palm trees. The route takes you through the scenic low plains of the Namib Desert via the fascinating geological rock formations of the Kuiseb Canyon.
Take a look at the Pink Flamingoes at the Walvis Bay Lagoon.

Day 5- Desert
Travel north along the skeleton coast to Cape Cross. See the best-known breeding colony of Cape fur seals along the Namib coast is at this reserve, where the population has grown large by taking advantage of the rich concentrations of fish in the cold Benguela Current. The sight of more than 100,000 seals basking on the beach and frolicking in the surf is indeed a sight to behold!
On the way to Henties Bay, we visit a shipwreck.
From Cape Cross, we travel to the world heritage site at Twyfelfontein.

Day 6- Twyfelfontein
Travel north along the skeleton coast where you will see amazing things like an old oil rig that was abandoned before we turn east into Damaraland to the Twyfelfontein area. You will also see Welwitschia plants in the low rocky plains of the Namib Desert.

Day 7- Twyfelfontein
Visit this World Heritage Site that hosts more than 1500 Bushman Rock arts dating back to 6000 years!
Explore the Burnt mountain and rock formations called the Organ pipes. Local Damara people will teach you their traditions and you can try your hand at making fire the traditional way.
Travel to a lodge close to Khorixas.

Day 8- Etosha National Park
Travel to a lodge close to the Anderson Gate in southern Etosha at Okaukuejo.
On the way, we stop over at a traditional Himba Living Museum, a must for all who would like to know more about this tribe still living like they did some 3000 years ago!

Day 9- Etosha National Park
Discover the mysteries of the African bush in Etosha National Park.
We spend the day doing game drives in the park and visit the numerous waterholes that attract a large diversity of animal and bird species, many of these being endemic to the country.
We do a full day game drive in the park with lunch at one of the camps.

Day 10- Etosha National Park
Do a full day game drive in the park with lunch at one of the camps in the park.
Travel back to Windhoek.

Day 11- Windhoek
Travel back to Windhoek.

Day 12- Airport
We will take you to the Windhoek International airport for your return flight home.
