Kuala Lumpur Tour
- Meet and greet the tour guide at your Kuala Lumpur city hotel (or any other agreed-upon location) at 9.00 am.
- Proceed for the Kuala Lumpur city walking tour to see:
- The indo-Moorish architecture of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, built in 1897,
- Merdeka Square,
- Masjid Jamek, built in 1909,
- Sze Ya Temple, built in 1864 and
- River of Life.
- Have local Malaysian lunch. Afterwards, visit the National Museum, built in 1963. The museum houses four exhibition galleries featuring Malaysia’s history and rich cultural diversity.
- Head to the Malaysian king’s palace- Istana Negara. The golden domes and Islamic style architecture, construction started Nov 2007 to September 2011, cost RM812 million. (A photo stop at the main gate only.)
- Make another photo stop at Petronas Twin Towers.
- Continue the visit to Royal Selangor Visitor Centre, where the finest Malaysian Pewters are crafted.
- Last but not least, visit Batu Caves to discover the home of the Hindu shrine and, which is the most famous cave landmark in Kuala Lumpur. Ascend 272 steps to reach the top, where you can admire the limestone formations and watch devotees pray at their shrines.
- Get back by 5.00 pm to where we met.
