Embark on a full-day journey to Dedza, a small town south of Lilongwe - Dedza Mountain looms majestically over the plains and, being on the edge of the Rift Valley escarpment, offers outstanding views of Lake Malawi to the east and across into Mozambique to the west.

Dedza Day Trip
- Depart Lilongwe at 08.00 with 1 and ½ hour drive South of Lilongwe.
- A tea/coffee break before our excursion into the foothills where we will see ancient rock art as done by the Bushmen in the late Stone Age, then we continue to Dedza Pottery craft and coffee shop, well known for its cheesecake served in a delightful garden setting.
- You will have time to explore the pottery workshop then lunch will be enjoyed in this peaceful setting.
- After lunch drive up Dedza Mountain to take in the wonderful views, before returning back to Lilongwe late afternoon.
