We are two Maltese individuals with a passion for Maltese Traditional and Genuine Food and in love with the History that accompanies the Maltese Cuisine.
The Maltese Cuisine has its roots infused with many other different kitchens, such as the Italian, Arabic, French and the British, amongst others.This diversity is a result of centuries of colonialization and the long and extensive history of the Maltese Islands.
We believe that our small islands, have a lot to offer in terms of food quality and taste.We believe that people who visit the Islands deserve an opportunity to experience what is Authentic and made to Tradition.
Our target and vision is to offer the first complete Maltese Gastronomy Experience on the Maltese Islands.
It is our intention to spread the Maltese tastes and cuisine traditions with people who visit the Islands and also to provide the knowledge and history that comes with our food.
