Thanlyin & Kyauktan Highlights Tour From Yangon
Pick up from the hotel in Yangon and drive to Kyauktan.
Visit the National Races Village and learn about Myanmar culture, traditions and heritage by interacting with the locals.
Continue to Thanlyin and see the ruins of the Portuguese Church, a Catholic church built by an Italian Barnabite missionary at the center of the city.
- Head to Kyaik Khauk Pagoda and see two cemeteries in its compound-one of them is the ex-king of Taungoo, and another one is the cemetery of Minister Padaitha Yarzar well know poet of the Konbaung Era.
- Explore Kyauk Tan or Yele Pagoda, a stupa on a small island.
- Discover Parda Gyi Pagoda.
Return to the hotel in Yangon.
