Itinerary

Day 1: Yangon to Golden Rock Pagoda
- Get picked up from Yangon and, on the way, stop by the Bago city. Visit some of the city's famous sites.
- Head to Golden Rock Pagoda. The Golden Rock Pagoda is one of Asia's most important pilgrimages sites and a top tourist destination in Myanmar.
Day 2: Golden Rock Pagoda
- Get picked up by your tour guide from the hotel after your breakfast to drive to Kinmon Base Camp, located at the foot of Mount Kyaiktiyo.
- Arrive at the base camp and transfer to a local truck which will drive you to a terminal near the Golden Rock Pagoda. The Pagoda is nestled on a mountain, 3,615 feet above sea level, and it was built more than 2,500 years ago. It sits at the top of a massive granite shaped boulder balanced on the mountain. It has not fallen off the peak and stayed through earthquakes. Locals believe that it hasn't fallen off due to the power of the hair relic.
