I was born 1976 in the Moroccan Sahara desert into a family of nomads.I have been working as an organiser and leader of private tours of Morocco  since I left university. My family are of nomad origins and we settled in the village of M'Hamid el Ghizlane at the edge of the Sahara when I was a young child, so as to get an education.I have  over 25 years experience of working professionally in the travel business, leading tours across the country as well as hosting group events in our own bivouac camp in Erg Chegaga dunes in the Sahara desertI am also a National Certified Official Guide authorised by the Moroccan Tourism Ministry, specialising in the Imperial City of Marrakech.I also have a special interest in guiding travelers to the Atlantic seaside town of Essaouira, as well as a life-long experinece of introducing travellers to the culture and history of Southern Morocco and the Sahara.I have close connections with authorised tourist transport providers, boutique riads and guest-houses, desert camps (simple and luxury), qualified mountain guides, camel handlers and can organise anything from a day-visit of Marrakech medina  to a multi-day adventure across the High Atlas Mountains down to the Sahara Desert and then off through the Southern Valleys to Imperial Cities, such as Fes, Rabat, Meknes and throughout the Kingdom.
