Explore the Medina and the Old City of Fez
Start the tour after being picked up by a professional Fez driver from the hotel or Riad. Meet your tour guide and begin your journey towards the ancient streets of the surviving old city.
Enter the Medina from its most beautiful Royal Blue Gate “Bab Boujloud”. It is decorated by the most iconic mosaic tiles making it the perfect portal of an old treasure.
Get in touch with the locals and discover the old Islamic teachings by visiting the “Medersa Bouanania”, and “Madrasa- Al-Attarine”, with their most unique designs of fancy Moroccan fountain and most spectacular Arab-Moroccan Architecture.
Continue towards The University of Al Quaraouiyine, the oldest still-functioning university in the world.
Proceed towards “Zaouia Moulay Idriss II” which is the sacred Shrine of Idriss II, the founder of Fez old city.
