Day Trip to Atlas Mountains
Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location and begin the tour starting from Marrakech to the majestic Atlas Mountains.
Enjoy your first experience which will be a camel ride in the road of Ourika Valley.
Drive to get to Atlas, famous for its waterfall; this lush valley’s waterfalls are a lovely counterpoint to the surrounding landscape and the guide will help you fully explore this village & waterfalls and have a drink in front of it.
Stop in an Argan Oil Co-operative of Berber ladies to have some breakfast.
Learn how they turn the Argan nut into many different Argan Oil-based products.
Continue through Asni valley near "Ski resort", and take a secluded mountain road standing at 1800 meters above sea level to reach Imlil village.
Pass through traditional Berber villages built from adobe and stones.
Discover the authentic life of Berber people and culture.
Head toward Tagadert village, the place where you will get lunch at the guide's family house and enjoy a Berber meal made by the guide's mother.
Explore the famous fruit trees (apples, walnut, almonds, peaches, etc.)
Have your camera ready to take pictures of the highest peak in North Africa from the traditional terraces, Toubkal mount with more than 4000 m.
Wrap up lunch at the traditional home and continue discovering the Berber area.
Go back to your accommodation in Marrakech around 17:30 PM.
