Learn how to cook delicious tagines, catch the rich aroma of multiple spices, and discover fantastic flavourings in salads and delectable sides to try out when you get home.
Experience complete immersion in Moroccan home cooking. In a lovely countryside setting, learn how to cook a traditional meal and how to mix fabulous Moroccan drinks. At the end of the day, taste the fruits of your labour.
Be driven to the farm a few miles from the city center. Here the delightful Moroccan cook, Nezha, will teach. The main meal in her cookery program changes according to the day of the week, but she introduces an array of aromas and equipment, such as the conical pots that are used to prepare traditional tagines.
The easy-to-follow course, on specially prepared and individual workstations, will be fun and educational. After preparing bread, salads and desserts, it is time to enjoy the results on the terrace, set among olive, lemon and orange groves. If the weather is too hot, relax in the comfort of the air-conditioned indoor dining area.
