Itinerary

1. Day 1: Marrakech – Gorges Dades

   • Depart in the morning from your hotel in Marrakech.

   • Cross the High Atlas and Tichka pass (2260m), beautiful landscape of mountains and the Berber villages.

   • Stop for lunch in Ouarzazate, famous for its studios. 

   • Continue to Skoura.  Visit of Skoura palm grove and the beautiful Amridile kasbah.

   • Reach Dades Gorges through the Roses Valley and Dades valley.

2. Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

   • After a delicious breakfast, go towards Dades and Todra Gorges. 

   • Follow the road to visit Khorbat Ksar and the Berber Museum. Stop for lunch.

   • Going through Erfoud, reach the highest dunes in Morocco; a camel will bring you to the top of the dunes. Witness the beautiful sunset.

   • After sunset, return by camel to your camp. 

   Dinner and night under tents, at the foot of Erg Chebbi.

3. Day 3: Merzouga – Tamnougalt – Ouarzazate

   • Go along the Saghro, and cross a rock desert to end up just beside Draa Valley, in Agdz inside the Draa palm grove. 

   • Follow the old road of the caravans to reach the old Ksar of Tamnougalt. Walk to visit this wonderful place in the afternoon.

   Night stay in Ouarzazate.

4. Day 4: Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

   • Have breakfast. Take the road to arrive early in Ait Benhaddou, the most beautiful ksar of Southern Morocco, registered by UNESCO.

   • Continue by Salt road through the beautiful Berber villages and Onila valley and reach the beautiful Telouet Kasbah, where the old caravans stopped. Visit the Kasbah. Stop for lunch.

   • Head back to Marrakech via Tizi n’Tichka.
