Day 1- Arrival BIA Proceed to Sigiriya
On arrival, your guide will welcome you and escort you via the Pinnawala elephant orphanage to Sigiriya.
Overnight stay at a hotel in Dambulla or Sigiriya.

Day 2- Sigiriya
After breakfast, visit the Sigiriya rock fortress. The 5th century Sigiriya rock fortress is a world heritage site built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD).
Then, head to Polonnaruwa Ancient City.
In the evening, go to Habarana Eco Safari or Minneriya National Park.
Overnight stay at a Hotel Sigiriya or Dambulla.

Day 3- Sigiriya - Kandy
After Breakfast, visit Cave Temple, a World Heritage site built by king Walagambahu in the 1st century B.C.
Explore spice garden in Matale to see different spices for which Sri Lanka is famous. Here, you could see other herbs and how some of these spices are grown and proceed. Witness a Cookery demonstration.
Transfer from Matale to Kandy.
Drive around the Kandy lake built by the last Sinhala king, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe, in 1798.
Stroll through the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary. Also, go to the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy.
- Afterwards, witness a cultural show.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kandy hotel.

Day 4- Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, transfer to Peradeniya. Peradeniya botanical garden was first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was expanded by the British. It is 147 arches in extent and provides a fantastic variety of trees, plants and flowers.
Then, move to Nuwara Eliya to visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced.
Now, drive from Tea Plantation to Nuwara Eliya.
Stay overnight at Nuwara Eliya hotel.

Day 5- Nuwara Eliya - Ella
After having breakfast proceed to Nanu Oya station and board the train to Ella.
The rest of the day will be free at leisure to walk around the city of Ella on foot.
Overnight Stay at Ella Hotel.

Day 6- Ella - Udawalawe - Tissamaharama
- After having breakfast, leave for Udawalawe Safari.
- Then, proceed to Tissamaharama.
Overnight Stay at a Tissamaharama Hotel.

Day 7- Tissamaharama - Yala - Galle
After eating breakfast, leave for Yala Safari.
Then, proceed to Galle for a city tour.
Overnight Stay at a Galle Hotel or Bentota or Hikkaduwa.

Day 8- Galle - Colombo
After breakfast, leave to see Moonstone mines.
Then proceed to Madhu River Boat Safari and go to Colombo or Negombo.
Overnight Stay at a Hotel.

Day 9- Departure
Depart to BIA (International Airport) to board the return flight.
