Itinerary

1. Day 01: Colombo - Negombo

   • Arrive at Colombo international airport, get picked up by your tour guide and transfer to Negombo by fully air-conditioned private car. 
   • Do the city tour in Negombo and visit a fish market, sandy beach, church and other highlights of Negombo. 
   • Check in to the hotel in Negombo. 

   Dinner and overnight stay at a 03-star category hotel in Negombo. 

2. Day 02: Anuradhapura - Wilpotha trek

   • After breakfast, proceed to Anuradhapura, and en route do the village trek in Wilpotha. Wilpotha trek is a fantastic experience, and you can see many things of Ceylon coconut products and rides of catamaran boat, tuk-tuk and Land master in the village. 
   • Also, during the trek, you can taste snacks made from coconut. 
   • After the trek, continue driving to Anuradhapura. Lunch at local restaurant on Sri Lankan buffet.

3. Day 03: Anuradhapura World Heritage Site - Habarana

   • After breakfast, do the city tour in Anuradhapura world heritage site. This is 1st ancient capital city of Sri Lanka. 
   • Here you can see many ruins of ancient kingdoms, stupa, huge artificial lakes and other highlights.  
   • Lunch at a local restaurant. After the city tour, continue the drive to Habarana.

4. Day 04: Sigiriya Rock fortress - Polonnaruwa - Habarana

   • After breakfast, proceed to climb the Sigiriya Rock fortress. Sigiriya is one of the top tourist attractions in Sri Lanka. 
   • During the climb Sigiriya, you can see beautiful landscape gardens, a Water Garden, Sigiriya frescos, natural caves and amazing views from the top of the Rock fortress. 
   • Proceed to Polonnaruwa and have a special farmers village lunch at Polonnaruwa. Enjoy excellent tropical Sri Lankan rice and curries.
   • In the afternoon do the Polonnaruwa ancient city tour by bicycle.
   • Return to hotel in Habarana.

5. Day 05: Kandy

   • After breakfast, proceed to Kandy en-route visit Matale Spice Garden. 
   • Then, continue driving to Kandy and do the City tour in Kandy. 
   • Visit Kandy temple and in the evening visit traditional cultural dance show in Kandy. These beautiful dance shows and fireworks are very popular in Kandy. 
   • Then check in to the hotel in Kandy.

6. Day 06: Nuwara Eliya

   • After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya en-route visit the Royal botanical garden of Peradeniya. 
   • Then continue to drive to Ramboda. 
   • Visit Ramboda waterfalls and enjoy the beautiful views.
   • Lunch at a local restaurant in Ranboda. Then visit Ceylon tea Factory. Here you can see the production of the world-famous Ceylon Tea. Also, you can taste and enjoy a fresh cup of tea .
   • Then continue to proceed to Nuwara Eliya and do the city tour of Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara is a hill country, also called the " Little England". Here you can see the architectural design of the British and Tea plantation.

7. Day 07: Ella - Thissa

   • After breakfast, proceed to the South Coastal area from the hill country. 
   • En-route visit Ella and have local lunch.
   • Do a sightseeing tour in Ella city and visit Nine Arch Bridge, Ella Gap and Ravana Falls. 
   • Then, continue your drive to Tissamaharama.

8. Day 08: Yala National Park - Udawalawe

   • Today you will have a fantastic experience with wild animals on a safari at Yala National Park.
   • During this jeep safari in Yala park, you can see different beautiful birds and wild animals, including elephants, leopards and bears. 
   • Return to your hotel, check out and leave for Udawalawe. 
   • Lunch at a local restaurant. Check in to the hotel in Udawalawe.

9. Day 09: Udawalawe National Park - Mirissa

   • After breakfast, do the jeep safari in Udawalawa National Park. Udawalawa National Park is very famous for its wild elephants. Enjoy a fantastic jeep safari experience in Udawalawa. 
   • Then continue to drive to Mirissa. 
   • Have lunch at a local restaurant. Check in to the hotel in Mirissa.

10. Day 10: Galle - Unawatuna

    • After breakfast, leave for watching whales in the ocean by Sea Cruise. Mirissa is very famous for whale and dolphins watching in the sea. Here you can see a beautiful cruise experience and enjoy yourself with whales and dolphins. 
    • After the whale-watching experience, return to the hotel. 
    • Leave for Unawatuna en route have lunch at a local restaurant. 
    • Continue drive to Galle City. 
    • Do a sightseeing tour in Galle, visit the Galle fort and enjoy incredible views from the fort.
    • Visit a fruit and vegetable market in the city.

11. Day 11: Bentota - Kosgoda - Bentota

    • After breakfast, proceed Bentota en route visit Madu River. 
    • Do the boat ride in Madu River. Enjoy the lagoon tour through mangroves. 
    • Walk in the river islands, visit the cinnamon island, visit fish therapy and visit the temple on the biggest island in the river and natural rich mangroves. 
    • Lunch at a local restaurant. Then visit the Sea Turtle hatchery and research center in Kosgoda. Here you can see beautiful different sea turtles of the Indian Ocean. 
    • Continue your drive to Bentota.

12. Day 12: Bentota

    • Stay leisurely and relax on the white sandy popular beach in Bentota.

13. Day 13. Sinharaja Rainforest - Bentota

    • After breakfast, proceed to Sinharaja Rainforest and do the trek in the rain forest. Here you will experience nature and wildlife life. This is a special forest for bird watching. 
    • Lunch at a local restaurant.  After the trek, return to the hotel in Bentota.
