Start from Colombo, travel to Negombo, go kite surfing in Kalpitiya Beach, visit the historical city of Anuradhapura, watch a cultural show in Kandy, and trek to Knuckles Valley. Next, try white water rafting in Kitulgala, take a train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Ella and visit the Nine Arches Bridge before going for a wildlife safari in Yala National Park. Itinerary

Day 1: Colombo Airport- Negombo
- Arrive at the Colombo International Airport, meet with your tour guide and then drive to Negombo.
- Visit the largest fish market of Sri Lanka in Negombo.
- Spend time at the beach and relax.
Overnight stay in Negombo.

Day 2: Negombo- Kalpitiya
- Depart from Negombo and drive straight to Kalpitiya beach, which is world-famous for kite surfing.
- Enjoy the day at your leisure.
Overnight stay in Kalpitiya.

Day 3: Kalpitiya- Anuradhapura
- Wake up early in the morning and drive to Anuradhapura. Anurhadhapura was the capital of Sri Lanka from 5 B.C. to 1017 A.D. The most sacred “Bo Tree”, which was sheltered to Lord Buddha during his enlightment, is grown in Anuradhapura.
- Visit the Archaeological Museum, Ruvanvelisaya Dagoba, Abhayagiri Dagoba, Brazen Palace, the Royal Palace, Samadhi Buddha Statue, Kuttam Pokuna, moonstone, tanks etc. These are some of the remarkable ancient creations which exhibit the proud history of the Anuradhapura kingdom.
- Drive to the hotel in Anuradhapura for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Anuradhapura- Sigiriya
- Take a short drive to Sigiriya from Anuradhapura.
- Spend the evening at the eighth world wonder of Sigiriya- The Royal Palace. Check out the marvellous landscapes, irrigation technology and aesthetic abilities of the ancient Sinhalese culture.
- Drive to a hotel in Sigiriya for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Sigiriya- Kandy
- Have an early morning breakfast in your hotel in Sigiriya and drive to Kandy.
- Visit the largest Royal Botanical Garden, which is covered by colourful flower plants, herbal plants, endemic and epidemic plant species and palm family trees, all inclusive of more than 4000 varieties of flora.
- Head to the viewpoint of Kandy. Enjoy the Kandyan dancing event in the evening between 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
- Travel to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, where the most sacred molar tooth of Lord Buddha is placed in seven golden caskets under a golden ceiling.
Spend the night in Kandy.

Day 6: Kandy- Knuckles Valley
- Begin the journey to Knuckles Valley early in the morning by 7.00 a.m.
- Hike to the peak of the Knuckles Valley through the tea estates, waterfalls, panoramic scenarios, pigmy rain and cloudy forest.
- Also, you can watch many bird varieties and indigenous animals during your hike.
- Spend the night in a jungle camp and have a traditional barbecue dinner.

Day 7: Knuckles Valley- Kandy
- Wake up early in the morning to begin your day's activities in Knuckles Valley.
- Start climbing downhill through the tea plantations and walk straight to the sparkling waterfalls.
- Enjoy the day near the waterfalls, click photographs and watch the beautiful sunset.
- Drive back to your hotel in Kandy in the evening.

Day 8: Kandy- Nuwara Eliya
- Walke up early in the morning and travel to Kitulgala and enjoy river rafting. If you are above 10 years of age, you can feel the exciting experience of water rafting in the Kelani River at Kitulagala in Sri Lanka. Well-trained and experienced coaches would guide you throughout the rafting journey with safety equipments and safety guards. It is about 5 km still water, and another 5 km covers major and minor rapids. This is an incredible experience you should never miss while in Sri Lanka.
- Drive to Nuwara Eliya in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Nuwara Eliya- Ella
- Begins your day's journey from Nuwara Eliya (Nanuoya) Railway Station in the morning. It takes nearly 3 hours and 30 minutes to reach Ella. It's the iconic scenic train journey in Sri Lanka. The train takes you along the greeny hills of a tea plantation, lovely old tunnels, waterfalls, stunning landscapes and enjoy the view of the traditional village while travelling.
- Then drive to the hotel in Ella.
- On the way, visit the Nine Arches Bridge, also called the Bridge in the Sky, which is a viaduct bridge in Sri Lanka. It is one of the best examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country.
- Walk to the Little Adams Peak, an attractive spot to see the beautiful sunsets. It takes about one and half hours for the journey.

Day 10: Ella- Tissamaharama
- Drive to Tissamaharamaya from Ella.
- View the wonderful Rawana Ella waterfall soon after passing Ella. Rawana Ella is the widest fall in Sri Lanka.
- By 1.30 p.m., join the Yala safari, the most popular event among tourists, as Yala is the second largest wildlife reservoir in Sri Lanka. It contains a very high density of leopards population.
- Drive to a hotel in Tissamaharamaya for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 11: Tissamaharama- Mirissa
- Drive to Mirissa early in the morning.
- On your way, you can see Hummanaya Blowhole, a natural wonder that sprays a jet of seawater into the air up to 40 feet between two giant rocks.
- Visit the Turtle Hatchery, a daycare for newborn turtles.
- Arrive at Mirissa and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 12: Mirissa- Hikkaduwa
- Have early morning breakfast, then go to the dolphins and whales watching tour at 6.00 a.m. Enjoy the tour for around 4 hours.
- Drive to the world heritage site of the “Galle Fort”, built by the Portuguese and reconstructed during the Dutch period.
- Travel to Hikkaduwa for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 13: Hikkaduwa- Bentota
- Wake up early in the morning and drive to the beach
- Go scuba diving or snorkelling in the crystal clear waters and see the vibrant coral reefs under the safety supervision of well-experienced professionals. Hikkaduwa coastal area is most suitable for surfing during November to April months.
- Take a boat ride in the Madhu River and experience fish therapy.
- Drive to Bentota for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 14: Bentota- Colombo Airport
- Wake up early and drive to Colombo International Airport for your flight back home.
