Itinerary

1. Day 1: Transfer to Sigiriya

   • Meet the guide at the Colombo airport and transfer to Sigiriya.
   • Arrive at Sigiriya. Check in to the hotel and have free time.

   Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

2. Day 2: Explore Sigiriya

   • Have breakfast in the morning, climb and explore the World Heritage Sigiriya Rock.
   • Join us for a Sigiriya Village tour later in the afternoon to experience the authentic village life of Srilankans and have a traditional lunch.
   • Climb Pidurangala Rock to see the sunset in the evening.

   Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

3. Day 3: See the Famous Sites of Kandy

   • Check out from the hotel and transfer to Kandy.
   • Visit the Cave Temple of Dambulla. To Fulfill a vow, 2000 yrs ago, a king converted a complex of caves into an interior painted cave temple complex. It is the best place to see and learn about the natural painting skills used by Sri Lankans in the early days.
   • See the Spice and Herbal Farm and learn about the Sri Lankan Spices en route.
   • Head to the Tooth Temple of Kandy upon arrival in Kandy.
   • Witness the Kandy Cultural Dance Show.

   Overnight stay in Kandy.

4. Day 4: Take the Ride to Ella

   • Check out from the hotel and drive to Nuwara Eliya. 
   • Visit tea plantations and the Tea Factory to witness the making process of Ceylon tea on the way.
   • Take the scenic train to Ella in the afternoon after arriving in Nuwara Eliya.

   Overnight stay in Ella.

5. Day 5: Go Sightseeing in the Little City of Ella

   • Have breakfast in the morning and hike to Little Adams Peak.
   • Join a local cooking class to learn how the famous Sri Lanka rice and curry get prepared.
   • Take small trekking to visit the Nine Arch Bridge.

   Overnight stay in Ella.

6. Day 6: Enjoy Wildlife Safari in Udawalawa National Park

   • Enjou the breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and transfer to Udawalawa National Park.
   • See the Rawana Falls and the Buduruwagala Temple on the way. 
   • Experience a safari at Udawalawa National Park.
   • Transfer to Mirissa.

   Overnight stay in Mirissa.

7. Day 7: Get Ready For Whale Watching Tour

   • Go for the blue whale watching tour early in the morning in Mirissa.
   • Have some free time at the hotel or beach.

8. Day 8: Have Fun Snorkelling in Weliagma

   • Go for the snorkelling or diving tour in Weligama.
   • Have some free time in the hotel.

9. Day 9: Head to the Galle Fort

   • Check out from the hotel and transfer to Galle.
   • Explore the World Heritage Galle Fort in the evening.

10. Day 10: Transfer to Airport

    • Check out from the hotel and transfer to Colombo Airport.
