Port Castries to Choiseul via West Coast
- You will be driven towards the west coast access highway to Sunny's Cool Vibes Farm, a private farm in Cul De Sac by the tour driver. Here, start the journey with local tea, iced or hot tea on route to the West coast road.
- Visit the Rosseau beach, a stretch of peaceful sea and sand.
- Begin with the 30 minute Thai, Shiatsu, or Reiki treatments. (in Reiki: Isis Sekhem, Rasheeba, Kundalini will be administered, along with the optional abdominal lymphatic drain)
- Get fruit or tea upon arrival.
- Make your way down to Soufriere.
- Stop along a mountain ridge for stretching and Chakra breathing.
- Pass the fishing village of Choiseul to reach the black sand Sab We Sha beach.
- Eat light snacks(cornmeal pies/granola) with fresh coconut water.
- End the tour by visiting the Piaye river. Each participant will receive a miniature bottle that can be filled with river water and sand as a memento of this journey.
