Port Castries to Trouya Beach
- Begin the tour with a drive from Port Castries up to the area known for its rich history and breathtaking views.
- Head to the pink plantation house with your Castries tour guide. It was initially built during colonial times and had a very inviting atmosphere. (refreshments will be served)
- Descend back to Port Castries, passing through additional historical sites.
- Proceed to the healing cloud day spa, where the sweat lodge and natural sauna will be waiting.
- Experience the local aromatherapy with the choice of lemongrass, mint or patchouli infused steam.
- Complimentary water will be served as we head northeast on Castries Grois islet highway onto Trouya beach.
- Take part in 1-hour session, which will include either Thai or Shiatsu massage and end with a 15-minute group runic yoga positions and mantra practice. This tour will help you escape the hordes of tourists.
