Day 1 : Western part of Han river
- 08:30 : Meet at the hotel in Seoul and set up the bike.
- 09:00 : Ride to Banpo bridge.
- 10:00 : Stop by the Jeoldusan Martyrs' Shrine
- 12:00 : Stop by Worldcup stadium.
- 14:00 : Haengju bridge or Gayang bridge crossing.
- 15:00 : Seoul Botanical Garden.
- 16:30 : Yeouido Han river park.
- 17:30 : Banpo bridge and back to hotel by 6pm.

Day 2 : Eastern part of Han river
- 08:30 : Meet at the hotel in Seoul and set up the bike.
- 09:00 : Ride to Banpo bridge.
- 10:00 : K-star road in Gangnam area.
- 11:30 : Olympic main stadium.
- 14:00 : Olympic park.
- 15:00 : Amsadong prehistoric site.
- 16:00 : Return to Banpo bridge and heading back to hotel by 6pm.

Day 3 : S. Han river riding from Yangpyeong-gun
- 08:30 : Meet at the hotel in Seoul and set up the bike; move to Yangpyeong by support vehicles.
- 10:30 : Riding starts at Yangpyeong station.
- 13:00 : Stop by the Dumulmeori photo spot. Pass by Bukhangang rail bridge.
- 17:00 : Reach to Banpo bridge and return to hotel by 6pm.

Day 4 : N. Han river riding from Gapyeong-gun
08:30 : Meet at the hotel in Seoul and set up the bike, move to Gapyeong by support vehicles.
10:30 : Riding start at the Nami island.
13:00 : Pass by Cheongpyeong, Bukhangang eco-park.
17:00 : Arrival at the Banpo bridge and return to hotel by 6pm.

Day 5 : Ara baetgil (canal) riding from Incheon
08:30 : Meet at the hotel in Seoul, set up the bike, and move to Ara floodgate in Incheon using support vehicles.
10:30 : Riding start.
14:00 : Stop by Gimpo floodgate and outlet.
17:00 : Pass by Nodeul island in Han River and end at Banpo Bridge.
18:00 : Return to hotel.
