Fantastic Tour Guide with a Great Sense of Humor!

Polan was great. We toured the Palace, S21, and several temples. He also recommended a great place for lunch along the way. He has a very quite demeanor and a very effective style in communicating concepts that are difficult to talk about (Pol Pot) as well as a good sense of humor. He was particularly kind to my wife who was having some trouble with her knee.

Fabulous Guide

Lan was a wonderful guide.  He showed my husband and I the major sights in Phnom Penh including the royal palace, the genocide museum and Wat Phnom.  He knew the history and details of each site and his English was impeccable.  He was also very considerate (offering cold water) and ensuring easy assess to each site.  In addition, his driving was very safe!  We would highly recommend him to anyone interested in being shown around Phnom Penh.

Polan, thank you. I wanted to see something other than the normal tourist attractions, and wow did he fill the brief.Polan is respectful, relaxed, very knowledgable and flexible. What more do you need in a guide?I learnt a lot about the histories and places as well as enjoying coversation.Polan kindly too me to his home to meet his family, wander their fields and crops. We had lunch and we met some of his neighbours and watched the silk weaving.We also managed to fit in markets and some of the more off beat attractions.I can't recommend him enough.
