We have travel across more than 40 countries in my life and we never seen a scam like this. In september 2024; -We are a family of four (2 adults and two children 5 and 11 years old) -We paid around 5000$ USD for 18 days in Kyrgystan in advance. We booked this tour several months in advance (april) -We had 2 meals a day, accommodations, driver, car, a guide and all activities included. -We were suppose to have around 8 days total of horse riding. One time 3 days long and 4 days of horses adventure. (our main reason to go there was the horse riding) During the submission with Alban (owner of Nomad) he said the price was higher due to the days of horse riding. We book trough a agency Tour HQ. With Nomad Expert. And seems he under booked with a local guide. We learn that arriving there. -The guide and driver were ill prepared. They only learned 2 days before they were doing the tour. - 2 days before the trip started, Alban tried to get a 1000$ from us saying he needed it for car parts. After 12 days of travelling the trip was ending. When we sat in the car on the 12th days, the guide just said: no more money, we'll drop you off somewhere and you are on your own. With no warning. And there was no negotioating even offering more money. With complain to Tour HQ they gave us a extra day and 300$ back which did not cover the rest of the trip. -In the end we finish with 13 days in Kyrgystan and a total of 4 days of horse riding. -Very cheap accommodations and meals (only soup for 4 nights in the row) through the trip to save money. IN CONCLUSION, THERE ARE BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE COMPAGNIES OUT THERE THAN NOMAD EXPERT FOR THE SAME PRICE. I'M SURE OF IT. We also blame Tour HQ here because they vouch for this compagnie even when we had doubts. -When it was over, the guide send us a text saying with all the cost and their salaries that there were not enough money. Said tour HQ kept almost 1000$, Alban 500$, guide him 500$ and driver and car 1000$. Seem they got away with profit but us. -Alban, on the phone, said it was because we change the itinerary. But change his speech when I made him aware that the guide change it. Guide said the last 4 days of horse riding were to expensive and we would have to do something else. Alban said they were loosing money with advance booking but the guide said nothing was paid in advance. Anyway I could go on but you get the general idea to take another compagnie.

We are very happy with the service of Mr Alban , he has very good experience in best places in Kyrgistan to visit and very best knowledge about the history.We enjoyed our 4 days with him and his 4x4 sprinter.I highly recommend him and very much Relaible person for any tours in Kyrgistan.ThnksAnand
